1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all orders placed through our online store, Solis Saphere, and govern the relationship between the seller and the customer. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Ordering & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock after your purchase, you’ll be contacted and either offered a full refund or a suitable replacement if available.

3. Payment

All prices are shown in CHF (Swiss Francs). Payment methods are shown at checkout. Your order will be processed and shipped once full payment is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Switzerland and to selected international countries. Delivery timeframes will be visible at checkout. While we aim to ship quickly, delays due to postal services or customs are outside of our control.

 

5. Refunds Only – No Returns

We do not accept returns. Due to the personal and delicate nature of jewelry, all sales are final.

However, if your item arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photo evidence. If the issue is confirmed, we will issue a full refund — no need to send the item back.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, product names, images, text, and design elements — belongs to Solis Saphere. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer

While we take care to describe and photograph all products accurately, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or handmade elements. We are not responsible for allergies or misuse of jewelry. 

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current Terms and Conditions are always available on this page.
